What time is check-in?

4 p.m. This gives us and the cleaners time to inspect and clean prior to your arrival.

What time is check-out?

10 am.

What are the standard amenities that come in each rental property (i.e. what is included)?

Is there a garbage service?

Yes. If you are staying in a condo, there is a dumpster. If you are staying in a home, there is garbage cans on the side of the house.

What is the maximum headcount or occupancy on the property?

Each property has a maximum amount allowed.

What if I arrive at the property and cannot access it?
